Home / My Journey

two decades of good hard work.

My career began in 2005 as a Graphic Artist and Marketing Lead at Kox Productions, where I developed a strong foundation in visual communication and marketing strategies. This creative background seamlessly transitioned into roles focused on organizational support and safety at Sip Apex Ghana Limited, where I served as an Administrative Officer and later as a Safety Officer, implementing critical safety protocols and conducting regular inspections to ensure workplace security.

My passion for training and development flourished during my tenure at the Imperial College of Mines & Safety, starting in 2013. As a Training Officer and subsequently Regional Training Coordinator, I led comprehensive training programs across West Africa, tailored to the mining sector’s unique needs.

This trajectory continued with African Mining Services (AMS), where I advanced from Learning and Development Officer to Training Superintendent – Africa, overseeing training teams and initiatives across the continent.

In 2022, I revitalized the AngloGold Ashanti Engineering Training Center as the Training Center and Business Development Manager at Mac Partners Training Institute, transforming it into a modern hub for training excellence.

I later took on the role of Training & Development Coordinator at Cardinal Namdini Mining Limited, establishing a culture of continuous learning and performance excellence in this green-field mining company.

Currently, as the Specialist – Content Development Superintendent at AMS, I contribute to Perenti’s global Safety Transformation Project, developing multilingual training packages to standardize safety and operational practices across African mining operations.

Academically, I hold a Master of Arts in Education (Learning and Development) from the European International University – Paris. I  am also a SHRM – Certified Professional, complemented by certifications in occupational health and safety.

My consultancy work includes developing induction programs for Perseus Mining Ghana Limited, playing a role in conducting skills gap analyses for Sierra Rutile in Sierra Leone, and designing eLearning platforms for Ghana Manganese Company.

My career reflects a steadfast dedication to enhancing skills, promoting safety, and driving innovation within the mining industry, empowering individuals and organizations to achieve excellence through strategic training and development initiatives.
